Avian was very helpful with helping me resolve my issue. Even the line got disconnected and he even went out of his way to resolve my issue and call me back while on the line again trying to get a hold of customer service telling me resolved my issue.

The tech support team was great
The tech support team was great. Help me to set up. Clover. From the girl. Nichole who answered the phone. She’s was terrific great customer service she deserves a raise 😘 the technician that walked me thru. Was the best. Patient and knowledgeable Adrian. I think. It was. Today I went out to colllect a couple. Invoices and I was. Blown away. Worked like champ. I used to use square😒

Chantel was exceptional!
Chantel was professional, kind, patient, proactive, understanding and a joy to work with. She offered solutions to my situation that will be easy to implement. She even took the time to call me back when I had to end the call prematurely due to an incoming call. It’s experiences like the one I had with Chantel that confirms that our company partnered with the “right” merchant services provider. Should I need to call in again, I hope I’m lucky enough to have her assist me again.
