Anthony is excellent
After calling Merchant One 3 days in a row to get an issue resolved, Anthony finally got it taken care of for me. I know that I started my conversation a bit salty, and rightly so, was called out on it, lol. Anthony handled my problem with humor and resolve. I appreciated it after 2 frustrating interactions.
