Lavinia made my day
Lavinia made my day. I type very well but very poor with the computer. Lavinia was sooo patient with me. At some point I felt so badly but she kept saying "it's Okay". She is the best customer service I have received in a long time. She should have the opportunity to train some of the people from other companies. Not even my daughter is that patient with me on the computer. Thank you Lavinia. You are the best. I wish you the best in your days to come. I really appreciate her patience with me.
