Customer Service is MIA
My bank account has changed. I have been attempting to contact Merchant One to get my bank account updated and customer service is nowhere to be found. I have also tried email and SMS messaging to no avail. Everyday I batch out I have no idea where my money is going. When I call I'm on hold for 20-25 mins and then get hung up on. I even tried getting in queue for a call back and no call back ever comes. Yes I have left numerous messages with no call back.
