NO CALL BACK FROM MERCHANT ONE!
I was on hold for a significant amount of time and opted for a call back with the promise that I “wouldn’t lose my place in line.” Well, I never received that call back from Merchant One to address my time-sensitive issue. I had to call back the following day to finally get service! The rep was great today, but it’s unbelievable with the ridiculous amount of fees we pay every single month (between 2k and 3k) that we can’t get better service.

You can't even imagine the horrible…
You can't even imagine the horrible nightmare that this company is. You will NEVER get anyone on the phone WHEN something goes wrong. They will never call you back if you leave a message. The positive reviews have to be COMPLETELY fake! They lie about the rate you are getting for credit card transactions.

They DONT staff enough customer…
They DONT staff enough customer support. There's no way to view my account activity. they are happy to take money from your account without explaining why, before they do it. Then you have to wait hours to get someone to explain the situation. I need to be running my business and not chasing them. I pay thousands of dollars to them ever year and I get so little in return.

Can't get a hold of support
Can't get a hold of support. Charges I don't know about and can't get a hold of support to ask questions. Avoid this Wells Fargo owned company.
