The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible, it's impossible to get through.Every 20 minutes the system disconnects and only after four hours of calls without stopping, they answered. Our business account was mistakenly closed, and no one is responsible for anything.They said that the next day the problem will be solved, but the account still is't working.

This company is a scam artist
This company is a scam artist. I signed up for an account with them to save money on my merchant fees. Once I got my first statement in, I noticed that the percentage they charged me was 4% instead of the 1.9% quoted. Then, this month, I noticed I would start getting a monthly charge on top of the higher rate. This is nothing I agreed to, but they said they could do it because it is in the contract. Now that I am trying to cancel, they will charge me a $700 fee because I am causing them ...
