Very Very Disappointed in service

I moved to this company from another one in January 2024. The setup process was exceptional but after that trying to reach anyone for help at this company is ridiculous. It may take a week, maybe two for them to return a call. When you need assistance you need it now not at a later date. When you call you will be on hold for half an hour and then you get disconnected. Very disappointed.

Not enough agents to answer calls

Waited 20 minutes for person, than system forced me to wait for a callback 2.5 hours later, still no callback, waited again for more than 20 minutes, system asked if you want a call back or wait? if you want to wait push star, pushed star to wait and system hung up, called again and waited, then told less than 5 minutes, then system forced a call back registration, still no callback 1 hour later..., no chat on line, but you can send a message? Not customer "service", no service!

Excellent customer support, we got approved the same day...!!. While HELCIM and PAYANYWHERE rejected our application without any explanation.
