works ok
works ok, but takes a full week for ACH payments, it also removes the payment from the bank funds the day you schedule the payment. So if you are working in quickbooks, the scheduled payment comes out of the bank funds immediately even if the scheduled payment is 30 days out. Kind of makes things confusing. Other competitors like bill.com remove the payment from quickbooks the day funds are taken from the bank.

Beware Melio Payments
Melio Payments should be avoided at all costs.Melio will tell you they are transferring your money to your account, then they will make up some reason it didn't arrive in your account, and then they will return the money to your client.Melio is a waste of time, money, & effortThey won't be in business long.Choose literally ANY other company.

I have no clue why they would reject payment request, requested by freelance artist but they do. Please do not waste your time if you are not a legit business. Go to PayPal.

A1 service from Kate. Better than expected technology solution surrounding scanning invoices. Solves a major problem in payments for the wine industry in which Distributors do a poor job with providing 2019 payment facilitation. Logistically it's helpful to have a centralized location to facilitate all payments.

The customer service and ease of using…
The customer service and ease of using the interface has been great. I would give it 5 stars if there were a way to tally up total purchase amounts by vendor, time period, etc.
