An established business telling you DONT USE!!

I am a established business. I tried Melio for the first time sending an invoice to my web store business client and they failed to take payment stating some bs risk for 40$ ??????. If you are a business don’t use Melio use a more conventional means of payment. On top of that they claim to work with businesses but theirs literally no where on the site to verify your business information with them and calling only sends you to a voicemail. They didn’t offer an intro promo and they don’t offer any kind of promotions to encourage additional use age. I use other payment providers as a result when I can do more business with Melio.
