Far Better Options For B2B Payments

I usually don´t leave bad reviews but the service we received from Melio was so terrible that a review was warranted. We had a payment cancelled after 4 days pending, and a day after it was marked as delivered by their platform. We were not informed that the payment was cancelled until after we initiated contact with their support team via chat. I deal with large amounts of money and have been looking for a service such as this. Ill tell you what i give Melio a thumbs up. Not one problem and user friendly. Where else can you send a lump sum of money for free....banks that gou entrust with your life savings charges a fee. Way to go Melio

Not easy to use for small businesses --…

Not easy to use for small businesses -- after spending time setting up payments for my office space and other "vendors" was told I had to produce documentation, etc. Not worth the time and fees.

Good Idea...Bad Platform

Meilo needs to take their model back to the drawing board. If a company will not send payments when they are scheduled, then why be in business? If the payments platform is not reliable you are risking your clients defaulting fixed payments as well as everyday bills. The concept of Melio is a good idea, but the execution and support are very poor. As a small business advisor, I cannot recommend this as a viable payments solutionDr. Carlton Johnson, PhD, LPA, ABA

I love this service

I love this service. I wish I waited to make my last payment until after I received the email about paying by debit card. I can't wait to try it out. My vendor will be so happy to receive same-day payments! And I am happy that it's not going to cost me any fees to do it.

shady business practices

Took all my financial data, then wouldn’t process my payment. Phone service didn’t answer for three days. Email support finally answered with some bs about their compliance department. Now my financial data, credit card numbers, and a login password for them is in their hands. Who has my data? Great service. Easy to use. May need some minor changes in website navigation cuz its not always intuitive. Phone app would be great as well
