Melio is a life saver

Melio is a life saver. Makes payments to vendors quick, efficient, and best of all *Free* (no service fees if paying with a debit card). Their user interface is one of the best and easiest to work with I've ever seen. We are truly grateful we found melio. Highly recommend.

They pick and choose who they support!

I was one of the first business owners to hop on Melio to make my business payments. I probably transacted over a million dollars with them in 2019, over hundreds of successful transactions. I was pretty impressed with their service... until...All of a sudden, in March 2020, they decide to stop supporting my payment activity, which I perform via a trust-account, as all legitimate businesses do (do they expect businesses to have a single bank account or something???). Poor Customer Support

Well designed website and great email notifications, but it doesn't work! I was told by their support team that I need to contact compliance. Compliance gives no response. Reach out to support again and they say they can't support my payments. These are simple ACH payments that other colleagues make payments to and yet they won't approve my account for them. Melio Rocks!

As a startup Founder in early-2019, Melio has been key to my Accounts Payable functions. They've allowed me to float a ton of expenses while not having to take out loans as well as rack up a ton of miles/points on some business cards (even though there are small fees associated) to take some time off from the crazy 24x7x365 schedule my core team and I have been running since we started.
