Melio Payment Service is Awesome!!!
So far, very great satisfaction with melio. The service is simple, idiot proof and quick. There is an email confirmation of everything and notices confirming withdraws and deposits by vendors when a payment is drawn from your bank and when cashed by the vendor. Could not ask for more for free! Also, can pay anyway that you want. Schedule ahead and make future or recurring payments.ACH, paper check, cc, debit card. Awesome service!!!

Poor customer support and lack of transparency.
Melio seems like it should be a decent service, but they are a mess behind the scenes. I own a design and marketing business that has been in operation for a few years. We work with a lot of out of state contractors and we have quite a few vendors that we could use their check writing service for. So in our mind we thought Melio would be a great fit.After signing up and adding our vendors and contractors we go to make our first payment. That's when Melio goes down the toilet. We receive a ...

Melio is very easy to use, processes payments quickly, and is also affordable. The time and money saved by not writing and mailing checks will add up very quickly.

excellent customer service!
I have been dealing with Meilo for about 6 months now. It has been smooth and seamless for me. I recently had a question about my ACH's and sent it to my rep, Alexandra. She was ON it. She was able to team-up with others in the office and between them all, came up with the perfect solution for me. It was far beyond what I thought they could do. Incredible - hands down the best out there.
While I still don't understand how they generate revenue, it is amazing how I can pay bills all around without having to worry about fees. During COVID19 Melio has saved me an outstanding amount of time and money. I did reach out to their customer service dept. for one issue and only one issue; they were very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Melio is what I would call "for dummies"; the set up is easy and even easier to use. I can only say "highly recommended"!
