Simple way to pay and get paid. Nice scheduling features
What do you like best? The ability to schedule payments to vendors far in advance. This saves our business a lot of time when it comes to end-of-month task items. The UI is also extremely easy to understand and work around. Unlike allot of other payment processors, Melio has the ability to do Credit Cards and ACH transfers. I am so excited to have this App in…
I am so excited to have this App in QBO. I missed the simplicity of paying bills through Bank Bill Pay on the Desktop. I know the App is still in development and needs more work but I am willing to be patient. The Support staff have been awesome with all my questions and suggestions. They respond quickly and have resolved ALL my issues so far. This is a game changer feature. Hoping for Check and Expense integration options. PS: The melio.me is great; no more merchant fees for me!! Thank you

Requested a custom report for a feature…
Requested a custom report for a feature not yet in portal (on roadmap). Bea was phenomenal. Not only did she get me the report within few hours of the request but she also assisted me solving matters outside the request. Fantastic response time and customer service!!!! Love Melio it has been a complete time saver for us over and over again and we would recommend anyone wanting to simply payments to use Melio. ACH and Paper checks is FREE, what else can you ask for?

A good company recognizes a problem people have and then solve that problem. A great company not only solves the problem, but solves issues you don't even know you have. Melio is a great company.
