I love the QuickBooks Intergration and…
I love the QuickBooks Intergration and overall the service to pay checks is good. However, it is currently too difficult to get a copy of a deposited check and customer service still seems to be slow especially in handling a request to get a copy of a cancelled/deposited check. I’m hoping they can create a feature to retrieve this from QuickBooks or at least make it easily accessible from a website or at least a simple request form.

Melio has been a godsend
Melio has been a godsend. I have always wondered why ACH platforms aren't simpler. Melio has solved 99% of my ACH related issues.I can onboard vendors with two pieces of info: 1) routing number, 2) account number. That's it. I can email them and text them a link to invite them to input that data.The whole app is smooth and easy and the folks at Melio I've spoken with on the phone are friendly, helpful, and cheerful.Not a review-writer generally, but this has really changed the game for me.

Great interface with very few bugs
Melio syncs bills and bill payments with QBO and it's FREE for ACH and check payments. Melio offers features like an Accountant Dashboard for those with multiple clients, bill payment Approvals, Autopayments, and Vendor Notifications. I tried paying a bill
I tried paying a bill, you folks didn't send the payment, then emailed me telling me the bank ACH failed and you needed more info. That made the payment late so I just paid with a check instead. You held my money almost a week and only refunded it when I contacted you to give me my money back.

Melio is absolutely terrible
Melio is absolutely terrible. No customer service number, and email customer service is very lax. The platform does not work like it should, and I have to manually sync to our quickbooks account every single time I go to make a payment. I cannot edit payment requests to change our quickbooks category either. Terrible, awful, and no good at all.

Superior customer support
The support team, especially Bea, were excellent. My issue was investigated thoroughly and in a very timely manner. Bea was courteous and helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations; never tried to pass the issue off to anyone else, but was the advocate insure I received support from operations billing department. I really appreciate her help.
