Melio is very user friendly
Melio is very user friendly. It was very easy to figure out even before the webinar they offered. Customer service is excellent. They always called to check in see if I needed any help. I wish I would have used this sooner.

Melio is a dream come true!
Melio has helped to streamline our vendor payments! The app syncs with our accounting software (QuickBooks) and is very user friendly. We have a direct account rep so no holding for long periods of time only to speak with a random customer service agent. Melio really is a dream come true!

Simple, elegant, convenient AP solution for small businesses. I found Melio when looking for solutions to pay vendors using credit, which worked perfectly for my needs. The UI/UX makes using the platform easy and enjoyable, and I love that it sends automated status emails to vendors, which cuts down on a lot of the back and forth.

Easy One-Stop Bill Payment
Melio has helped Wired For Wine to consolidate most of our bill paying to one place, which has saved us lots of time. Melio is highly responsive whenever we have questions, and made it super easy for us to get started using their services. Two thumbs up!

There is something that Melio offers…
There is something that Melio offers that no one else does. Many vendors don't accept credit cards, certain credit cards or add excessive surcharges. Melio will accept the credit card charge and at a reasonable fee and send cash to the vendors.Melio also takes care of their customers. We were assigned a assigned a "customer success manager" who is accessible and has takes care of any issues or questions you have had

Excellent for small/mid size business
Excellent for small/mid size business, no need to pay big boys like bill.com and complex process. Super easy to use and constant improvement. Easy is the key.

Customer Service
It is rare to find a company with exceptional customer service. Zohar was beyond amazing. He made sure Melio was set up correctly with my businesses and I knew how to use it properly. I am very grateful for the time he took out with me and for being very responsive. I have tried other invoicing platforms and it is next to impossible to speak to someone. Melio was the obvious choice because of Zohar and his amazing customer service.

Perfect for small businesses and bookkeepers
Melio Payments is perfect for small business owners and bookkeepers who would like to offer bill payments to their clients without access to the bank account. It's user interface is VERY easy and intuitive. Having ability to set limits on payment size is a great feature and allows for approval processes. Like the ability to pay a bill via a CC if I want even if a Vendor does not take CC's as an option.
