Almost 5 Stars
Would love to give 5 Stars, no reflection on the agent that helped via Chat, ALWAYS get a responsive and helpful response (for example it was Cam today). However, when emailing support, not always quick to respond to email. I wanted to include a clip of my issue, unfortunately not able to do so in chat. Appreciate Cam's assistance in resolving my matter.

A savior for AP and AR
Hands down the easiest, most intuitive accounts receivables and payables software I've ever used. I would recommend Melio to any size business -- small, medium or large.Also, the free and so easy to use ACH is an absolute game changer.And, the account manager I’ve been setup with, Zohar S, has provided ridiculously good customer service.

Flawless Experience!
I work in Accounts Receivable for a medium sized company with almost one thousand weekly deliveries. My experience with Melio has been the best of any payment service our customers used. They recently made an update to their payment portal, and their employee Bella called to walk me through set up. She was very polite, and she was able to help with all the questions I had. Their new portal is intuitive, and has a great look too. I'd recommend this service to any company looking to make payments.

We're a small business
We're a small business, setup an account and try to use Melio ACH service, then we've been told unable to verify our business by email from their compliance department. We asked compliance department (by email) what verifications do we need to provide to use their service (NO response), asked online customer service (don't help).This "service provider" do not provide service to small business. TOO BAD.

bad customer services, no correspondence, delayed payments
I use Melio as it's integrated with Quickbooks for the small business I manage. I use them to pay vendors, but I have not had a good experience with them. There are multiple vendors that say they don't receive the checks Melio sends them- even verifying the addresses are correct. I've requested to reissue payments, still haven't been received. Melio claims it's because USPS is having delays- these payments are now 90 days overdue. I requested a refund from Melio, they said it would take 3-5 ...
