I had a great experience with Melio…

I had a great experience with Melio today! I've been a customer of Melio for about month and received an outreach satisfaction call. We reviewed the functionality of Melio's system via screen share to ensure that I'm making the most of what Melio has to offer my business. The system is streamlined and very easy to use. The ability to link multiple accounts to the paying funds profile and/or the receiving funds profile would give them 5 stars from me!

Smart small business solution

Spencer had us up and running in good time, and immediately responsive to subsequent questions and even to our clients downstream. The process stream can be improved in regards client messaging audit trail/tracking, so looking forward to application enhancements.

Does not have a 24-hour customer service, if with a problem you have to wait until they are in the office, also not as convenient as claimed, takes a long time to address problems, there is potential fraudulent activity going on with Melio I am out over ten thousand dollars ,my bank account is deducted, and whenever you call for customer service it keep saying calls to be monitored again and again then hangs up in support there is a Daniel that is calling on a private number, , Melio has ...

Awful experience

Awful experience. Set this service up through Intuit QuickBooks Online as it was recommended by Inuit. Bill pay was late which incurred finance fees. One person indicated they would research and never responded back. Sent several emails asking for a refund of the fees with no response.I have stopped using the service since they cannot send a single bill payment on time.
