Great service, great company!

I have had a very good experience with the Melio service and team so far. They are easy to reach and always helpful and professional. There are a few features that they have confirmed are in the developmental phase (international payments and expedited payments) that would be really useful to our company. I look forward to those additions.

I'm enjoying Melio

Dan provided awesome customer service! He was thorough and explained everything clearly. I also appreciated that he was very personable and patient. Melio is a wonderful platform for sending and receiving payments. It also works with QuickBooks, which I'm grateful for. Although, I'm just getting started, I can see how this will be a huge benefit to have going forward.

It was a pleasure to work with Kyle. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about Melio. If I got confused, he went over again - and again - until I got it right. I think that Kyle is a great employee for Melio. He's top notch.

Melio is a lifesaver

I had discovered Melio, shortly before the pandemic. The economic impact of the pandemic hit our company hard. The pandemic created a situation where banks were not eager to loan any working capital.Thanks to Melio, we were able to use our credit cards to pay vendors, while preserving cashflow and preventing ourselves from getting behind with vendors and service providers.
