They caused us more harm than good

We work with government agencies. We used their service to send 3 checks to state authorities (as these authorities only accept paper checks and not ACH), and none of the checks ever arrived! I received a call from my account manager who offered to send new checks expedited free of charge. The check were never sent, (one of the addresses was a PO Box, which could have been corrected, but they cancalled the 2 overnights...) so the new checks were sent via regular post! Great service. A customer service agent Mr.Daniel called me and walk me through the whole process of scheduling an ACH payment. It is easy and I know for sure this service will become very popular soon. Better than Paypal.

I scheduled a payment which was never sent which was corrected

3/4/2021I scheduled a payment which was supposed to take 3 days and on the day the payment was supposed to be received I get a message that it was be another day late. I had to search the internet in order to get the right number. I call and it is a voicemail.
