Melio has been an excellent solution for our company as we've shifted into the new remote working landscape. We've been really happy with the customer service and the convenience of being able to send payments to our vendors directly from Quickbooks. The pricing also can't be beat!

Noa reached out to me to resolve an issue regarding a "failed payment". She assured me it would be refunded and I can see that that process has been initiated. Thank you! Actually, she reached out to me to explain how to handle Payment requests that show up on Melio from our suppliers. I appreciated how much time she spent clearing it up.I think this service is great!
