Peter is the best customer service rep hands down!
This review is specifically for the outstanding customer service we received from my rep Peter Solomon. I own an accounting firm and my new clients struggled to start up their new Melio account when they transitioned to a new QBO file. They spent upwards of 6 hours on the phone with 2 different Melio reps and was told they needed to create a whole new email (which wasn't an option). They were ready to walk away but I suggested we reach out to Peter, because he has helped me tremendously in ...
