ACH payment confusion resolved

I had a question about sending a payment to a vendor via Quickbooks. The system wasn't offering to email a vendor with an ACH request. The chat agent who worked with me sent the ACH request and explained why in this particular case, the system didn't offer to do this as it usually does.
