What do you like best about Melio? I like the ease of set up and simplicity of the Melio platform. The fact that you can pay vendors and get paid from clients with out incurring fees is great. It also like how easy it is to keep track of transaction history and status.

What do you like best about Melio? Melio offers incredibly easy handling of processing payments , so much so that it has integrated tracking of invoices and a super easy and intuitive interface allowing clients to easily pay balances

What do you like best about Melio? I like the memo showing on the bank feed in QuickBooks Online. It is much easier for me to classify transactions without bothering the client.

What do you like best about Melio? 1. Melio gives me the option to let clients pay electronically, without fees via ACH or debt 2. Melio alows me to send money to contractors more reliably than my bank, again without fees

This company suffers from growing pains.
This company suffers from growing pains. The latest problem is as follows. I entered a payment in Melio, they deducted the funds, but the vendor never entered their ACH information into the Melio system. Instead of informing me that there was a problem (or refunding the funds to me), Melio kept the funds for six months until I discovered the error. Obviously, this is hugely problematic. The good news is that I have an outstanding Melio account rep who responded to my concerns immediately, ...

Leah was great
Leah was great. The process took some times as we had to work with the bank but Leah was there for every step to get what was needed.
