Great customer service!
I had several issues regarding my account, mainly due to internal email address and url changes. I spoke with both Chase and Robert and were not disappointed with the customer service they provided. Both were able to help me transition seamlessly and explain the process as we went.

What do you like best about Melio? My AP process went from an hour to 15 minutes because of Melio. The sync is phenomenal with QB and I have yet to have an issue. Payments happen when they say they will and there's even a chance to rush payment, crucial! I can't imagine not having this forever!
