Jhonathan was patient, VERY CALM, and understanding through MY MISTAKES. He could have gotten an attitude and been rightfully upset with me but he did not. I was stressed and my stress caused me to misread MULTIPLE TIMES what he wrote. That was MY FAULT and I apologized. User friendly & best customer service
Hands down the best bill payment process I have found! The software itself is super user-friendly and the customer support is top-notch.
