Finding a Lost Payment in NACHA Land
Vannie worked as the Melio-based interface between the Melio payment team and me to determine where a lost tax payment ended up in NACHA space. The original payment made by Melio through its partner bank arrived a few days late according to the vendor and was rejected and allegedly returned to an initially unidentified sender.
