Was recommended Melio and Plastiq... Melio has a user interface that is much easier to navigate compared to Plastiq, in addition, Plastiq requires an invoice to be uploaded, which is a little inconvenient... Although my first two payment attempts failed with Melio, the support team assisted me in finding the problems that were preventing the payment from going through... very quick to respond... Landry and Josh really made this a great experience for me and I look forward to continuing ...

Super Helpful Customer Service

After an entry issue - my bank account information was wrong and my payments were stuck. Rhonee helped me figure out the issue, then worked with my Payor to get it resolved. It was so nice to have someone who stayed with me until the issue was resolved. Thank you Rhonee!

Best Bill Pay Service Ever!

I needed to get a refund for an undeliverable payment. Rhonee was quick, efficient and friendly. Before our chat was even over, I received an email from Melio that my problem was resolved and my refund was issued. The whole thing took less than five minutes. Can't get any better than that!
