Customer Service is Top Notch
We had dealt with the dreaded compromised bank account on corporate level and had to change banking accounts...that ending up being the worst nightmare ever and complicated things within quickbooks and our Melio account...however...within a couple of days of due diligence, Sara, went ABOVE and BEYOND for answers to our situation and got us back up and running with our Melio account and was extremely helpful beyond regular customer service...Thank you Sara for being a great employee for Melio!
