Maggie exemplifies success in "Customer Success Management"

Melio has been helpful by providing credit card as a funding option which made us manage our payables and cash flow better. On top of that, Maggie Sczekan, customer success manager has been nothing but helpful, nice, and awesome. She makes sure that all our concerns and questions are answered/resolved. Had a bit of a SNAFU, but Support was responsive and helpful!

Had a bit of a SNAFU setting up multiple invoices for one vendor. Cindy in Melio Support responded in a timely manner, kept me in the loop about timing and possible fixes, and followed up promptly once the final fix was in. The system is easy to use and I've found the support to be very helpful. Highly recommend!
