5 Stars For Great Features

Melio was new to me a few months ago. I was introduced to it by a business partner of mine. For me to receive payments. I must admit that the payments take a bit long to move but Meilio offers a great instant payment feature. I hope that Meilio adds a phone number for customer support at some point. Its nothing like talking to a representative on the phone for me, instead of having to type in all the info. I gave 5 stars. And the recent chat help went well and the question was answered ...

Great customer service thru chat

I am a brand new Melio customer, I had a question concerning my first payment and I was just positively assisted by their customer service department. I used their chat function and the agent, Yiromys, easily understood my issue and very quickly explained to me what I wasn't understanding on my own after reading their website. That's all.
