Great online support & features

This service works great with Quickbooks and has made our bill pay process so much easier and reduced the amount of paper checks we send out. Other bill pay competitors mentioned their support is better than Melio, but I have always been answered very promptly through Melio's chat feature and their live agents (especially Yoel) are quick and knowledgeable. I don't see any negatives

Payroll deposit

Mika was very helpful and answered my question. The only problem was it took almost a week to get an answer due to y'all being extremely busy. Most of the time I never get an answer at all so even though it took a week I was happy to get an answer.
