Great customer service, undifferentiated product
What do you like best? The people. Easy to work with, knowledgeable about the industry. What do you dislike? MediaMath struggles with setting itself a part form other DSPs Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely consider! What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Very good customer service, staff that is knowledgeable and available! WE love that you have a ton of great partners and always keep us abreast of what's new in the marketplace. Very enthusiastic team as well. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Transparency, reporting & performance. We are able to target a variety of different users, including multi-cultural. What do you dislike? Lack of geo-fencing capabilities. System can be difficult to learn, unless you have a strong SEO/SEM background. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On boarding and targeting CRM data, T1 is able to accomplish this goal.

What do you like best? The service has been very good. Our medimath team is always quick to respond, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and have consistently given our team what we need to align campaigns with client needs and get them into market What do you dislike? What do you like best? MediaMath setup is the easiest out of all DSP's that I've worked in. I also really like the graph at the top of the campaign dashboard page that shows the effects of your optimizations on spend, impressions, CPM, etc. What do you dislike? I would prefer to use bid factors over line items. I also wish that reporting was more robust. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
