"Good product but lacks flexibility around changing fundamental logic at play"
What do you like best about Mediafly? The quick time to insight. Right out of the box it appears to have a lot to offer. However, the devil is in the details and once you attempt to change the way certain situations are treated, the response from the dev team is basically we cannot change that, it's how it works.

What do you like best about Mediafly? Insight Squared is an easy application to learn. It allows for organizations, like our, to connect various data systems together, then create clean dashboards to gain insights to what's working and not working.

What do you like best about Mediafly? It's easier to create meaningful dashboards and understand your sales metrics with InsightSquared than it is with Salesforce native reports and dashboards. That said, the Lightning upgrade is closing the gap quickly.

"Easy, digestible insights at a glance"
What do you like best about Mediafly? IS2 takes away the tediousness of reporting gymnastics off of Excel spreadsheets. I also no longer have to explain different segments of reporting when the information is all there on the cards on their dashboard. The near real time factor is a huge bonus too.

"Excellent Tool for Tracking and Managing Pipeline"
What do you like best about Mediafly? We wanted a tool that could go beyond standard Salesforce reports to provide visibility into our enterprise sales pipeline. Often these sales have a long cycle with multiple phases along the way and InsightSquared has been helpful in tracking this data in a structured way, allowing for segmented reports and easy forecasting.
