"Awesome coaching platform!"
What do you like best about Mediafly? I like the fact that you can hone in on keywords or phrases that you want you team to discuss on their calls. If they are not there you can highlight the sections of the call to show potential opportunities or where the coaches shined.

"Good in concept, but has a lot of flaws"
What do you like best about Mediafly? The idea is great. I like that sales reps can go back and listen to calls, tag things, make notes, etc. It's also helpful to share with managers/team members to ask for feedback on calls.
