What do you like best about Mediafly? Can hear my own calls as well as calls from my colleagues. This really helps with uncovering best practices, etc. Can even search calls by key words if you are looking for certain types of calls or call drivers.

The Smart Alerts, once configured and refined for the organization's needs, are a valuable tool for identifying which specific calls should be coached among a sea of outbound calls.
