What do you like best about Mediafly? We have an amazing partnership with our customer success manager. He keeps in touch with us to make sure everything is going smoothly, teaches us best practices, and sets us up with all the tools for success. He's our hero!

What do you like best about Mediafly? The UI experience is a great improvement regarding charts, graphs and dashboards. The functionality to create/update reports is intuitive.

What do you like best about Mediafly? The close rate and conversion reports are the most useful b/c they're not easy to recreate in Salesforce. Being able to filter on your organization's custom fields are also really helpful alongside the standard reports and dashboards to give you ideas on how you can dig into your organization's data.

What do you like best about Mediafly? Using a Mediafly link is way quicker and easier than searching for files to attach to the email. Plus I get a record of who has reviewed my email providing better insights into sales leads.
