What do you like best about McGraw-Hill Connect? The setup allows for students to study the material in-depth in addition to study during class time. What do you like best about McGraw-Hill Connect? Self-grading algorithmic homework allows students unlimited practice with immediate feedback. What do you dislike about McGraw-Hill Connect? Students don't realize how much the pre-formatted forms for some problems assist them, and when they get to an exam setting and don't have those, they flounder. What do you like best about McGraw-Hill Connect? I like that students can do problems multiple times with different numbers. It is good for practice. What do you dislike about McGraw-Hill Connect? One drawback to this type of platform is that the structure is pre-defined. So students don't have a blank slate to solve a problem. "Helps students and teachers, but not perfect"
What do you like best about McGraw-Hill Connect? I like that students can get instant feedback and assistance with homework, and I don't have to grade it! What do you dislike about McGraw-Hill Connect? Sometimes I don't like the way the problems are set up - formatting can be confusing for students, or the it will auto-calculate for them, and then students don't learn the formula. "McGraw Hill CONNECT makes online teaching so much easier!"
What do you like best about McGraw-Hill Connect? I love that CONNECT integrates with D2L and I can embed Connect right within D2L. I also love that grades can be automatically transferred to D2L. What do you dislike about McGraw-Hill Connect? I don't like that I have to use Grade Sync to transfer the grades, I wish the D2L grade book automatically updated with the students score once they were finished with the assignment.
