What do you like best about Maxwell Health? I like the ease of use. It is very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? I do not like that there is no next button when viewing employee profiles. You have to go back to active employees and then select the next person, opposed to their being a next button on the profile page to get to the next profile. I like that I have direct access to employees current and past benefit elections, and that I can direct employees to their own personal pages should they have questions about their current or past elections. What do you like best about Maxwell Health? The support team is very helpful when there is an issue or problem. They can always fix the issue in one call and send an e-mail to confirm fix. The reports are very helpful and useful. Most are easy to use. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health?
