What do you like best? Product is quite powerful when you want it to be. Love that it logs in all emails, when needed, and can do mass emails and mailings.

What do you like best? I absolutely love the fact that I can have all my client info in one place without having to keep So much paper in the office! I enjoy the fact that our team can keep fully up to date in all of our daily business tasks. After using this program for just a short while, I don't know what I would do without it.

What do you like best? Maximizer is very clear to use for the basics. Lots of basic customizations can be made to the layout of contact entries and user-defined fields. Integrates well with Outlook. Very easy to save record of emails with respective client accounts. Very quick customer support.

What do you like best? Maximizer is very user friendly! It is like having a day timer but so much more! There is many uses for it in the line of work that we do! I never have to stress about memorizing everyone or everything because I can put it into Maxi.

"promising release but more features needed"
What do you like best? cloud based use, so no longer tied to PC access only, and moving to cloud based data vs in-house desktop/server setup is a big deal for us. I like the Microsoft Outlook integration for email.
