"Bare minimum, low cost, don't expect relational data, much reporting or customization"
What do you like best? It's a low cost solution with ability to send out email campaigns with not additional cost (albeit slowly). When we began with the system, we were also able to house our data in a local server, which provided good security. I will say the solution has been rapidly adding features over time, but it just started in such a limited position, that it will be hard to catch up to other solutions.
