What do you like best? Maximizer is a great CRM tool for our business. Easy to navigate, ability to create and customize fields. Reporting is good. Keeps track of a lot of our data within a centralized program. Ability to create tasks, and plans, with reminders and tracking tools.

What do you like best? I like that Maximizer auto populates the search bar when I start typing in the name of a customer. When looking up accounts it is helpful how quickly I can access information, especially compared to quickbooks.
