What do you like best? Very nice program that I can access anywhere - home, work or phone. Easy too use and filled with typical CRM features. I use only a few of the features all of the time but occasionally use the advanced features like mail merge which are handy.

"Maxmizer is behind the times on truly intuitive database set up"
What do you like best? keeping a history of notes on all clients. I would like to have an easier way of accessing recent work activity. It's likely that i haven't figured this feature out yet, but the system just feild antiquated a bit. I can't easily access the various views tha I had previously set up in our desktop version. The desktop version seemed to work so much better compared to this new online system.

What do you like best? I loved everything about this program, it made me better at my job. Get Byard Wood (Vancouver office if he is still there) to train you on it and you'll never look back!
