Overall, I have had a good experience with MavenLink.

What do you like best? I like how easy and straightforward MavenLink is to use when it comes to the big picture. The layout is nice as well and I appreciate being able to see all of the things happening in ML on the dashboard. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The time tracking functionality is excellent and integrates seamlessly with the project planning functionality. What do you like best? When I'm not asked to use it. It works better on desktop than on mobile. What do you dislike? The user interface is highly complicated to do things like track my current project status, check my team utilization, and see my budget along with my burn down chart. What do you like best? Their customer service is outstanding and their professional services team is very sharp. I love the fact that this is a purpose built application that has a strong best practices model for how to manage a portfolio of projects, resources, time/billing, etc. The UI is engaging and very intuitive. Has a lot of functionality but design isn't intuitive for every function

What do you like best? Time tracking is the most useful part of Mavenlink. The way it's connected throughout the various features is really useful. What do you dislike? I dislike the ability to communicate and track tasks within Mavenlink. For this purpose we use Jira in addition.
