What do you like best? The time tracking functionality is excellent and integrates seamlessly with the project planning functionality. It's great for creating templates and allowing users to very easily track whether or not the project is on time and on budget. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy and straightforward MavenLink is to use when it comes to the big picture. The layout is nice as well and I appreciate being able to see all of the things happening in ML on the dashboard. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Prefer not to use the tool. Please consider doing some user testing with your product What do you dislike? This product needs a massive UX/UI overhaul. Too smart for your own good

What do you like best? When I'm not asked to use it. It works better on desktop than on mobile. What do you dislike? The user interface is highly complicated to do things like track my current project status, check my team utilization, and see my budget along with my burn down chart. What do you like best? Their customer service is outstanding and their professional services team is very sharp. I love the fact that this is a purpose built application that has a strong best practices model for how to manage a portfolio of projects, resources, time/billing, etc. The UI is engaging and very intuitive.
