Became valuable early and a great tool for continuous internal improvement

What do you like best? Ease of use. On boarding new employees into how we use basic functions is super easy. What do you dislike? Something that is great about Mavenlink is that the product evolves quickly. Sometimes the way you use a feature changes when you were not wanting it to. We have never had a case of the feature we use disappearing and usually the change is a positive one, but you have to be willing to evolve how you use the system to what the current structure is. ...

What do you like best? For us, the best features of Mavenlink are the resource allocation and custom reporting capabilities. Our team loves how easy it is to record their time. Simpler and more efficient that most other options

What do you like best? Mavenlink is pretty simple for people to use and understand. Some of the competitors are so complex that it is virtually impossible to ever implement them fully. What do you like best? Ability to quickly see what hours are assigned to me in any given week What do you dislike? Taxonomy is confusing. When I'm ready to submit my time, or go to a past timesheet, I can never remember if I need "Timesheets" or "Time Entries" -- those terms are nearly synonymous. What do you like best? I love the UI of Mavenlink -- there's something about being logged into it that just makes me feel ... relaxed and like I am getting things under control. What do you like best? The folks at Mavenlink have clearly thought every possible eventuality faced by a user on their platform – most of the time, it's a bit like they're in your head and understand what you want to do.
