Mavenlink is great for keeping tabs on nearly all aspects of our business!
What do you like best? For me, bookkeeping was a dream as we worked with many contractors. Integration with Quickbooks was also great! What do you dislike? At the time Quickbooks wasn't' linking a 1 to 1 with time to time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving so much time! Mavenlink is such a time saver when it comes to managing people that are assigned to tasks and you also need to know how much time they spent on each.

Best Project Management Tool I've Used
What do you like best? I love the collaboration aspect of Mavenlink. I can communicate quickly and effectively with my coworkers within each project so that things don't get lost in the shuffle. It's easy to navigate, create new templates, change due dates when priorities shift, and keep track of my to-do list of tasks. Mavenlink sufficiently allows us to track our time toward tasks.
What do you like best? Being able to see how much time I've spent on specific projects. What do you dislike? It's not very intuitive to learn, and with so many projects and tasks, it can be hard to stay organized. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to visibly see what has been started, in progress, and finished. It's easy to see what others are working on.

What do you like best? The ability to keep all information stored easily in one place for each project. It helps to keep up with the status of each individual task with the option to create tasks and subtasks. What do you dislike? The task repeater sometimes glitches for our company. What do you like best? Being able to track where resources are spending their time. It is helpful for seeing how people spend their time in any given week. What do you dislike? Ease of use. The Facebook of Project Management platforms.
What do you like best? The activity dashboard is the best part of Mavenlink. A feed that allows you to keep track of official communications and notes is perfect, plus it keeps clients involved. The API is also very strong and allows us to generate reports FAR beyond what is offered by Mavenlink.
