The tool we've been needing for years!

What do you like best? I love that everything is in one place for a project - communications, tasks, time cards, files, etc. This will increase our project visibility significantly and save time jumping back and forth between several different tools. What do you like best? Everything we need in one place with total visibility across all of our projects, personnel and finances. What do you dislike? What do you like best? First, Mavenlink allows for you to manage your projects, communications, timesheet entries, and Quickbooks integration all within one product versus needing multiple standalone systems. Second, the amount of reports you can run, customize, filter, and data insights you can pull are incredible! What do you like best? For me, it's important that I can access reporting for the company and there is a robust feature set around this. I am able to look at utilization, billable vs. non-billable, productivity, PTO and other metrics that really allow me to piece together the picture I need for Operations. We use it everyday

What do you like best? I really like how well it organizes all of our projects. We can track our hours over one project, & each person can track their total hours over several projects. Writing invoices is extremely easy. "Your week ahead" is a very helpful tool. It makes it easy to keep all documents for a project in one place. What do you dislike?
