What do you like best? For me, it's important that I can access reporting for the company and there is a robust feature set around this. I am able to look at utilization, billable vs. non-billable, productivity, PTO and other metrics that really allow me to piece together the picture I need for Operations. What do you like best? I really like how well it organizes all of our projects. We can track our hours over one project, & each person can track their total hours over several projects.
