Configurable Solution to meet many needs - Customer oriented
What do you like best? One of the most helpful things about Mavenlink is that we have the ability to easily share our project plans with our customers. It is so nice to have a reference point as well as house all information from the project. Overall good, easy to use
What do you like best? Easy user interface very transparent, ongoing updates. What do you dislike? Would like tasks in task list showed up linked by the links in the Gantt Chart. Would like to be able to customize better billable and non billabel, and sill allocate costs for billable. More logical email link to be able to provide to users so that emails are captured. What do you like best? The prefill feature, in time sheets is the most helpful one. What do you dislike? Powerful Tool. Reporting is not user friendly. Overall not as flexible + easy to use as I would like
What do you like best? All in One tool. Chat service for support. What do you dislike? Hard to train folks on how to use it. Cannot merge templates. Custom Reporting near impossible to figure out how to use. Not client friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time Tracking. Helpful but has to be the right type of company
What do you like best? Simplicity of the software- very similar with intuit or apple softwares. The 24/7 support is a great feature as well. What do you dislike? The inability to customize simple things. For example- invoices display time in hours and minutes but cannot convert to decimals. What do you like best? Mavenlink's insights capabilities are top notch and allow for a wide breadth of analytics of projects. What do you dislike? The ultimate project/resource management and reporting tool
What do you like best? Mavenlink offers a very wide variety of features and tools that make project/resource management that much easier. As I migrated from an ERP-based tool to Mavenlink, I find it much more user-friendly and intuitive. What do you like best? Mavenlink is pretty awesome! The tool itself covers a wide array of what our company needs on a daily basis: from project management to billing integration with our Quickbooks. Not sure what people are talking about when it comes customer service as you can get ahold of chat service within seconds any day or time of the week. What do you dislike?
