Helpful but has to be the right type of company
What do you like best? Simplicity of the software- very similar with intuit or apple softwares. The 24/7 support is a great feature as well. What do you dislike? The inability to customize simple things. For example- invoices display time in hours and minutes but cannot convert to decimals. Great customer service & training
What do you like best? I like how helpful the staff is at Mavenlink and how quick they are to help. What do you dislike? Sometimes finding reports or the general use of mavenlink can be difficult. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time entry for employees and the difficulty of budget tracking has gone down since using mavenlink.

Great user interface!
What do you like best? I really like the master planning but also the ability to have clients communicate with us inside the CRM system. What do you dislike? Reporting is what I need
What do you like best? For me, it's important that I can access reporting for the company and there is a robust feature set around this. I am able to look at utilization, billable vs. non-billable, productivity, PTO and other metrics that really allow me to piece together the picture I need for Operations. There are lots of ways to slice and dice the data. I tend to be pretty hands on with it working with exports, but there are tons of reports that are also more automated as well. What ...

Integrated with Other Systems!
What do you like best? Moved over from another PM system but Mavenlink's connection to our CRM system is making it so much easier to use! Nested tasks make it easy to see where the different stages of a project are. What do you dislike? Little bit of a learning curve but great once you're used to it. Great Product - Great Value
What do you like best? Mavenlink's easy to use UI, Real-time Data, and Back-end Insights engine out perform many of their competitors, and frequently at a much small cost. What do you dislike?
