Streamlined Program
What do you like best? Our company has enjoyed the streamlined experience that Mavenlink provides. Amazing Software
What do you like best? I enjoy the budgeting capabilities of the software as well as the task tracking abilities. What do you dislike? I do not like the 7 day look ahead on the home screen. I have too many projects to make that feature usable. Recommendations to others considering the product The more features you utilize the more effective it is. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task tracking, Budgeting, and task allocation.

Great user interface!
What do you like best? I really like the master planning but also the ability to have clients communicate with us inside the CRM system. What do you dislike? Great customer service & training
What do you like best? I like how helpful the staff is at Mavenlink and how quick they are to help. What do you dislike? Sometimes finding reports or the general use of mavenlink can be difficult. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time entry for employees and the difficulty of budget tracking has gone down since using mavenlink.

Reporting is what I need
What do you like best? For me, it's important that I can access reporting for the company and there is a robust feature set around this. I am able to look at utilization, billable vs. non-billable, productivity, PTO and other metrics that really allow me to piece together the picture I need for Operations. There are lots of ways to slice and dice the data. I tend to be pretty hands on with it working with exports, but there are tons of reports that are also more automated as well. What ...

Integrated with Other Systems!
What do you like best? Moved over from another PM system but Mavenlink's connection to our CRM system is making it so much easier to use! Nested tasks make it easy to see where the different stages of a project are. What do you dislike? Little bit of a learning curve but great once you're used to it. What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and navigate. What do you dislike? The platform can be a little slow at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? Improves Workflow and Organization
What do you like best? Being able to see tasks in order of due date is super helpful for me. Being able to visualize it as a list with due dates allows me to gauge my days ahead of time. What do you dislike? If there are Multiple tasks under one project it can be quite hectic with a lot of scrolling, searching, and expanding conversation in multiple threads.
