Good and a clean software
What do you like best? The prefill feature, in time sheets is the most helpful one. What do you dislike? The software could have been more clean and Can have a Better UI Recommendations to others considering the product Try and see if this works for you and your firm What business problems are you solving with the product? Activity Feed like Facebook, Limited Reporting

Overall good, easy to use
What do you like best? Easy user interface very transparent, ongoing updates. What do you dislike? Would like tasks in task list showed up linked by the links in the Gantt Chart. Would like to be able to customize better billable and non billabel, and sill allocate costs for billable. More logical email link to be able to provide to users so that emails are captured. Amazing Software
What do you like best? I enjoy the budgeting capabilities of the software as well as the task tracking abilities. What do you dislike? I do not like the 7 day look ahead on the home screen. I have too many projects to make that feature usable. Recommendations to others considering the product The more features you utilize the more effective it is. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task tracking, Budgeting, and task allocation.

Powerful Tool. Reporting is not user friendly. Overall not as flexible + easy to use as I would like
What do you like best? All in One tool. Chat service for support. What do you dislike? Hard to train folks on how to use it. Cannot merge templates. Custom Reporting near impossible to figure out how to use. Not client friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time Tracking. Budget Tracking. Project Closing Reports. File sharing.

What do you like best? The implementation was straightforward and easy to pick up for all of our users. What do you dislike? That we didn't have more time/interaction with the implementation team. Good- could be better for creative trafficking projects
What do you like best? Internal communications, assigning deliverables and putting a deadline. What do you dislike? Cannot edit any comments within a task- you have to go out to the Activity feed to edit your comments. PDF's are not viewable, you have to download prior to viewing. Comments get lost between task and deliverable folders. Would be awesome to integrate slack or a chat within a project. Good software, mediocre implementation experience
What do you like best? Software is easy to use. Great task tracking view and has the ability to capture emails in the work spaces. Support is very responsive and eager to help. Insights reporting, while not in real time, has been revolutionary for us. What do you dislike? We did not have a great initial implementation experience.
