Coming up short
What do you like best? There is an API, although lacking its is a step above competitors who don't have one. What do you dislike? Most features are missing key functionality and not quite fully baked, especially its base model as being made for SCRUM. Another huge problem is lack of knowledge from support about what is available on the API. Lastly, there is a huge lack of parity between data available from the UI and what is available in the API. Recommendations to others considering ...

What do you like best? We are an international company and often have team members from 3-4 countries working together. having an organised structured area where communication on different tasks can happen and everyone can be kept informed regardless of time zones or client complexity. What do you dislike? Time scheduling is a bit cumbersome. I have used worse tools but the process can be more streamlined. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

System Adminstrator
What do you like best? Easy burn reports. Real time feedback on your budget. Simple time tracking. Also a very robust reporting and insights program that you can learn with ease. What do you dislike? There needs to be better Gantt options and settings to set up pages the way you want to work with them. Another example of that is we need to be customize the Dashboard landing page for each user and how it would best work for them. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Comprehensive tool to keep projects in one platform
What do you like best? The ability to keep it simple in regards to the task tracker and still be able to get an overview of what is going on in all projects. A great feature is also the health report and project summary. What do you dislike? The resource planning feature with the planned, scheduled and actual differentation is not yet working out for us. The activity feed can become very noisy and hard to follow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

A great tool for managing projects, however still needs work for adequate analysis and planning
What do you like best? The ease with which you can set up projects with their own unique parameters and the visual aid of tracking against budget and estimates. The possibility of creating your own custom reports. What do you dislike? Mavenlink has aspects that are not relevant to the way in which my organisation manages projects, and if we had to adopt these aspects then it would be a much more cumbersome process. E.g. the use of scheduling - not using this element hinders our ...

Configurable Solution to meet many needs - Customer oriented
What do you like best? One of the most helpful things about Mavenlink is that we have the ability to easily share our project plans with our customers. It is so nice to have a reference point as well as house all information from the project. In addition, I love that we have instant chat support access - by far one of the most helpful features a company can have. What do you dislike? The least helpful thing about this product is that it is not very intuitive on how to update the dates ...
